Neodym magnet segment, segment supermagnete, arc magnets, motor magnets are mainly used for various motors and generators, such as Elevator Motors (Traction Machines), Wind Turbines, Servo Motors, Motors for Hybrid Electric Vehicle or Battery Electric Vehicles, Linear motors and Compressor Motors, drive motor for ship, etc.
Operational Attention of Permanentmagnet Segment Neodym Magnet Supermagnete:
These supermagnete segments are very powerful which should be handled very carefully.
Such strong neodym magnets might affect electric meter, water meter, gas meter and some other metering equipment. For example, if magnets were placed near the meter, the meter will slow down.
Supermagnete neodym magnet should be kept far away from Ironware and some easily magnetized iron products, such as mobile phones, bank cards, computers, televisions and monitors etc.
Strong neodym magnet should be stored in a dry, heated environment, with separated and wrapped foam, plastic, wood, and cardboard.
Without parents supervising, do not allow children to playing supermagnete as they might get injured.

DC generator produces direct power. Basing on fundamental principle of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, when a conductor moves in a magnetic field, it cuts magnetic lines force due to which an EMF is induced in the conductor. The magnitude of this induced EMF depends upon the rate of change of flux (magnetic line force) linkage with the conductor. This EMF will cause a current to flow if the conductor circuit is closed.
When the loop rotates from its vertical position to its horizontal position, it cuts the flux lines of the field. Every time the side AB comes in front of S pole, the current flows from A to B and when it comes in front of N pole, the current flows from B to A. Similarly, every time the side CD comes in front of S pole the current flows from C to D and when it comes in front of N pole the current flows from D to C.
