This neodymium magnet is made of a patent licensed neodymium magnetic alloy using state of the art technology. It's dimension are great for DIY wind turbines. This special magnet has a #10 hole  which is countersunked on both side so you don't need to differentiate between North or South poles. The magnet is magnetized this 1/2" so the N and S poles are on the 2x1" flat surfaces. The magnet is composed of grade N50 material and are plated in nickle copper nickle for a corrosion resistant finish. The tolerances of all the dimensions are +/-0.002".
