The five-axis machining center is equipped with a five-axis linkage RTCP tool tip following function, TCP can directly command the movement path of the tool front point, which is convenient for programming. It is widely used in the fields of multi-angle deep cavity slot molds, aircraft impellers, blades, automobile tires, and gear processing.

• Program pre-reading function: avoid pauses during program segment conversion, realize constant path speed and smooth speed to achieve the best surface quality;
• Continuous path mode: intelligently control the trajectory at the junction of the program segments to eliminate pauses to reduce processing time;
• Dynamic feedforward control: avoid track deviation caused by compensating follow-up error and no loss of accuracy due to increased speed;
• Dynamic compressor: Compress G0/G1/G2/G3 blocks into a 5-degree polynomial spline curve within the specified tolerance, and smooth the processing path with constant curvature.

Frame Achine Characteristics:
