²Prestressed Concrete Strand Description:
Prestressed concrete strand(PC Strand). The products are mainly for the use of prestressed concrete structures reinforced. Such as large-span bridges on railways and highways, overhead crane beams, rock-soil anchoring Projects, multi-story industrial buildings, stadiums, coal mines, etc. Product's standards: GB/T5224, ASTMA416, BS5896, JISG3536, ISO6934, EN10138 or other special required standards.
1x7 prestressed steel strand, low relaxation pre-stressed steel strand is composed of 7 wires, it has the features of high tensile strength and very low relaxation, which make it could replace traditional deformed steel bar well, and save a lot of steel material. Meanwhile, it makes long-span concrete construction possible.
High tensile strength, low relaxation, stable modulus of elasticity, stress-relieved, firm connection with concrete, low stress, stable construction, good combination with steel reinforced concrete; saving material, reducing distortion and construction weight, increasing the abrasion resistance, water resistance, and stiffness.
Prestressed Concrete Strand Feature:
1. The PC steel strands we provide comply with technical standards such as GB/T 5223, GB/T 5224, ASTM A-416, BS 5896, JIS G3536, or standards mutually agreed upon by the customer and us.
2. PC Strands are also available in various forms for pre-tensioning or post-tensioning applications in plain or galvanized materials ranging from 3 wires, 7 wires, 19 wires, and compact constructions.
3. Standard: GB/T5224, ASTMA416, BS5896, JISG3536, ISO6934 & EN10138

Raw Material
Our raw material is high-carbon wire rods SWRH82B and SWRH77B. We mainly purchase the most excellent wire rods from the famous steel group in China.
Production Process
Raw materials (inspection wire) → Surface treatment → First drawing → Steel strand (9 times of drawing) → Stabilization treatment → Anti-rust coiling → Packaging
Inspection:
Both ends of one pc strand coil shall be inspected through stress relaxation test,tension test, hydraulic universal test,
bending test and boroscope test, etc.
Prestressed Concrete Application:
PC STRAND is mainly used as an auxiliary reinforcing strand for concrete structures. eg long-spanned bridges on railways and highways, overhead crane construction, multi-floor industrial building, etc.
