YSV-855-5X is customized, and combined with a 5-axis system by YSV-855. Used in the medical industry.

5-Axis Linkage + RTCP Processing Advantage:

• Program pre-reading function: avoid pauses during program segment conversion, realize constant path speed and smooth speed to achieve the best surface quality;
• Continuous path mode: intelligently control the trajectory at the junction of the program segments to eliminate pauses to reduce processing time;
• Dynamic feedforward control: avoid track deviation caused by compensating follow-up error and no loss of accuracy due to increased speed;
• Dynamic compressor: Compress G0/G1/G2/G3 blocks into a 5-degree polynomial spline curve within the specified tolerance, and smooth the processing path with constant curvature.

Features of the Whole Machine:

• Equipped with German Siemens 840D system, five-axis linkage, and powerful functions;
• Equipped with DD motorΦ650 five-axis rotating worktable, which can realize high-speed cutting processing, and installs direct drive mode. it does not cause precision errors through worm gear transmission and achieves high-precision positioning.
• Use servo tool magazine, the tool change time is shortened to 1.4S. Also, the tool arm is controlled by the frequency converter, which effectively improves the processing efficiency of the product. The machine tool parts belong to the name brand. We have the top configuration in the industry.

Frame Achine Characteristics:

• The castings of the machine body are made of HT300 resin sand, which has undergone overall annealing, natural aging, and two high-frequency vibration aging treatments, which have high rigidity, and high stability. It could achieve the effect of not deforming for a long time.
