Product Description

Flat anchor
GME Flat Anchor is an alternative to the plate anchor.
The main use is in elements with a concrete strength at lifting in excess of 25N/mm2
The Plate-Lift Flat Foot Anchor, also called The Lift Spread Foot Anchor, is a versatile anchor that can be used to back-strip and transport thin panels. This anchor may also be used to erect the panels. Its main application is thin-walled concrete elements, being lifted from horizontal to a vertical position. The special shape of the anchor head prevents the concrete from cracking. This kind of anchor is typically used with additional reinforcement, which is required for tilting and turning operations. The anchor's safe working load may be increased by adding four 18" lengths of #4 rebar as shown in the sketch. These anchors are commonly used in slabs/panels due to their capacities and low cost. Available in plain or hot-dipped galvanized finish.

Plate Lift Forged Erection Anchor
Forged Erection Anchor is specifically designed to provide greater lifting capacities for horizontal to vertical edge lifts. The anchors are forged to provide 20% greater safe working loads. The head of the anchor is designed with two protrusions or "ears" on the head of the anchor which provide protection against concrete spalling. These protrusions restrict the ring clutch rotation during lateral pulls. As a result, lateral forces are transmitted directly to the edge of the anchor instead of the concrete. The Anchors are available in plain or hot-dipped galvanized finishes.

Unilateral Erection Anchor
GME Unilateral Erection Anchor is a similar Application as Erection Anchor.
In contrast to the erection anchor, a Unilateral erection anchor can only be subjected to load in one direction. Its shape makes it particularly suitable for thin components.
A semi-circular notch is provided for the fitting of the turning reinforcement.

Erection anchor
Erection anchor The special-shaped anchor head means that the pitching/turning loads are taken by the anchor and not to the concrete. This helps prevent the ling of the concrete. The anchors are notched to assist with the placement of additional reinforcement required in the pitching/turning operation.

X-Foot Erection Anchor
For horizontal to vertical edge lifts and the shear rotation of thin-walled units.
· Specially designed head provides added protection against spalling
· For lifts applying shear and tension to the anchor
· Specially designed body allows for all reinforcement
· Available in 2T, 4T, or 8T capacities
· Based on a 4:1 safety factor Superior Design Two steel protrusions or "ears" on the head of the anchor provides added protection against spalling. These ears hug either side of the ring clutch, restricting its rotation during lateral pulls. As a result, lateral forces are transmitted directly to the edges of the anchor instead of the concrete.
The body of the Erection Anchor is shaped to allow full reinforcement for secure support.

Ring Lift Erection Anchor with Shear Plate
Combines the reinforcing capabilities of the Ring Lift Anchor with the spall-free performance of an Erection Anchor
· The shear plate replaces the need for a shear bar making it easier to install
· Ideal for an "A" frame or tilt table or whenever the lift is not straight up
· For lifts that entail only anchor tension
· Shear capacity is less than the standard erection anchor due to the shorter length
· The anchor's head loads are equal to the standard erection anchor due to length
· Convex sides build better strength without adding material
· Available in 2T, 2.5T, 4T, 5T, 8T, 10T capacities
· Based on a 4:1 safety factor
