Scope of Application
Our Advantages
Original Groove
The geometry of the cutting edge is extremely complex. GME fully utilized its exceptional expertise during the restoration process to restore it to its original state.
Original Coating
The coating is crucial to tool performance. Only GME can utilize the original coating process.
Original Tolerances
The tolerances and quality standards followed during tool regrinding are the same as those used in the production of new tools. To ensure this, GME employs state-of-the-art measuring equipment.
Regrinding Scope
Regrinding scope: Solid carbide drills and end mills; solid carbide non-standard drills and end mills; high-efficiency solid carbide reamers; solid carbide thread end mills.
Tools are often prematurely scrapped-although GME can restore them to original factory quality, and may even restore them more times than they would have originally. You will benefit from lower costs, a more consistent machining process, and longer tool life. GME repair centers can restore your tools, saving you up to 50% on tooling costs!
Our packaging
1. Group packaging: Put the cleaned props into a fixed-handle plastic tube, 10 pieces per group, and put them into a hard paper box or blister box, and fill the box with foam or bubble film for cushioning.
2. Outer box reinforcement: Use a large box with a size of 120*150*270 mm or 140*200*320 mm for packaging.
3. Anti-shock measures: The outer box is fully wrapped with bubble bags or pearl cotton, and anti-shock and moisture-proof labels are affixed after sealing.
4. Logistics optimization: Choose the appropriate box type according to the order quantity to ensure compact packaging and reduce transportation costs.
