 The CTY permanent magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of ferromagnetic materials such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore, ilmenite, etc. It is also used for the removal of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials. Iron work, and magnetic material recovery in coal preparation operations. 

Drum Type Magnetic Separator Feature

1. The feeding box is equipped with a material leveling device to ensure that the material entering the tank is uniform along the length of the drum.
2. The inner surface of the tank and the outer surface of the magnetic drum are coated with a wear-resistant layer to increase wear resistance and extend its life.
3. The selected ore particle size can reach 16mm in diameter.
4. The content of magnetic substances in the tailings is significantly reduced, 1-3% lower than that of ordinary magnetic separation equipment.
5. The magnetic system wrapping angle is 138°, the separation process is lengthened, and the concentrate grade is 2-4% higher;
6. A certain height of liquid level is maintained in the tank, which facilitates the recovery of magnetic materials.
Electrostatic Drum Separator Mechanical Principle
