Iron Removal Process:

Semi-Automatic Magnetic Separator Process Flow:
During operation, the cylinders at both ends control the magnetic rod to penetrate the cavity and complete the closed seal. At this time, the bottom feed valve is opened and the slurry enters from the feed port and enters each magnetic rod channel through the bottom backflow port for demagnetization. After demagnetization, it is discharged from the upper discharge port, and then multi-stage circulation is carried out until the magnetic material meets the qualified standard. When demagnetizing, the valve is closed and the cylinder rises. After reaching the limit height, the magnetic material on the magnetic rod is manually cleaned.
