This RCDEQ mining machine is suitable for coal transportation ports, large thermal power plants, coal mines, mines, building materials and other places that have particularly high requirements for iron removers. It can work normally in harsh environments such as dust, moisture, and severe seaside salt spray corrosion. Completely solve the three major problems of heat dissipation, suction and environmental adaptation of ordinary iron removers.

Magnetic Separator Feature

1. Introduce forced oil circulation cooling technology for large and medium-sized transformers that is widely used at home and abroad. The temperature rise is extremely low (≤40ºC), and the cooling technology is mature, safe and reliable.
2. The magnetic circuit of the iron remover is short, the magnetic loss is small, the magnetic field gradient is large, and the iron removal rate is high.
3. The iron remover is light in weight, the oil circuit is smooth and reasonable, the cooler is compact, and the heat dissipation efficiency is excellent.
4. The excitation coil is completely immersed in sealed transformer oil and has excellent dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion properties.
5. The excitation coil is made of three-dimensional winding, with large heat dissipation area, low temperature rise (≤40ºC) and long coil service life.
