Separating Machine Feature

1. Mainly used in situations where the iron content in the material is high, thus avoiding the trouble of manual power outages and frequent unloading of iron.
2. The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
3. Use axial flow fan for forced air cooling, special air duct design, strong wind power, high wind pressure, 4 turns of excitation wire for fast heat dissipation, low temperature, and small magnetic field fluctuation.
5. Automatic iron unloading and easy maintenance. The transmission drum adopts a waist-drum knot structure, has a belt deviation correction function, and a dust-proof bearing seat. Mechanical failure is low.
6. Adopt low-voltage power supply mode, low failure rate

Conveyor Belt Separator Mechanical Principle

The RCDC conveyor separator adds a set of automatic iron-unloading devices. During operation, the ferromagnetic debris adsorbed on the iron remover is automatically unloaded. The iron device automatically throws out the iron, which avoids the trouble of manually cutting off the power and unloading iron. It is widely used in occasions with large iron content.
