2.How Magnetic Badges Working Principle?
From a layman's perspective, magnetic nameplates work by the simple attraction of two or three super-strong neodymium magnets to a piece of steel. However, as a commercial product, due to the high cost of neodymium magnets, magnetic nameplates are designed on a cost-optimized basis. This is achieved by designing a magnetic circuit where the attractive force is the greatest and the magnets are used the least. The principle is similar to our rubber coated magnets.
